    Mechanical hazards

We use tensile tester and needle detector equipment as well as perform a series of manual examinations such as drop and sharpness tests. Our aim is to find any possible choking or sharp hazards such as a loose thread.

    Chemical/toxicological hazards

To make sure our plush toys are free from toxins such as lead, mercury or phthalates, we check for any dangerous substance on the toy's surface coating. A piece of the coating goes through our advanced equipment so that any hazardous chemicals are detected.

    Flammability hazards

Preventing our plush toys from starting or spreading fires involves testing the cotton thread for its combustibility and flame retardant rate. The test involves igniting the thread to see its reaction to open fire.

The Plush Toys We Make Meet and Exceed All Safety Regulations
